Yard signs: Simply put, you cannot have any yard signs whatsoever unless you are selling the house. The board overlooked it for graduation signs, however, at this point we must enforce all signs.
Article II, Section 9: No sign for advertising or for any other purpose shall be displayed on any lot or on a building or a structure on any lot, except one sign for advertising the sale thereof, which shall not be greater in area than nine square feet. This restriction shall not prohibit placement of occupant name signs and lot numbers as applicable zoning regulations.
On Street Parking: You cannot continuously or habitually park your car on the street.
Article II, Section 3 part d: No automobile shall be continuously or habitually parked on any street or public right of way.
